- 1-2 racks of baby back ribs
- ¼ bottle Taylor’s Ultimate Peruvian Garlic Sauce mixed with ¼ bottle of favorite BBQ sauce
- Cook the ribs, covered in a 325 degree oven for one hour.
- Remove from the oven and turn up the temperature to 350 degrees.
- Pour off the fat and toss ½ of the premixed sauce with the ribs and return to the oven, uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Serve the extra sauce on the side.
